Here’s the thing about 200 hour yoga programs. They are necessary. We learn A LOT. But often times, we come out feeling like we still don’t know how to teach yoga. Or if we do feel like we can teach, we still are craving the intentional, knowledgeable, inspirational foundation that drew so many of us to yoga in the first place.
The truth is, that level of know-how takes years to refine. Years of experience, trainings, and developing our own practice.
The Mentorship is designed to act as a practical bridge between your 200 hour teacher training and whatever you want to do next. The intention? To get you actually teaching and finding your voice as a teacher so that you can start to build, now.
Join me on a 4 month journey where we work closely on YOU, YOUR PRACTICE, and YOUR TEACHING so that when you come out, you are a hireable, knowledgeable, and confident yoga teacher.

Calling all 200 hour YTT grads - this is for you!
The Mentorship is the project I’ve been wanting to launch for the longest time - because my own mentors completely revolutionized the way that I teach yoga.
After years of developing my own techniques, best practices, and skills for offering a life-changing yoga experience to my students, I am excited to share those practices with fellow teachers who also want to refine and uplevel their practical teaching skills.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Tell me more about the curriculum
Each month of the Mentorship’s curriculum (and what you work on teaching) will be based around a component of teaching that will help you to stand out as a yoga teacher. Month one will be alignment, month 2 will be teaching to a peak pose, month 3 will be yamas and niyamas, and month 4 will be putting it all together. All of this is designed to get you thinking strategically and innovatively to create sequences that embody the spirit of yoga.
Where do we meet?
This mentorship program takes place either in person in my apartment studio in NYC, or over Zoom, so that it fits our time, our schedule, and so that if you don’t live in NYC, we can still work together.
How long is the program?
We work together for 4 months, however, sometimes individuals may want to do a second, even more in depth mentorship, and so in that case, we can do another round for 2-4 months.
When does it start?
This is a rolling enrollment - meaning, we can really start any time because this is a 1:1 experience. Let’s touch base on when our schedules can align consistently, and then decide!
What is the schedule like?
Once we determine where our schedules overlap, we will meet twice a week on for three weeks Zoom for three weeks of the month. The fourth week will be an integration week for you to finish up that month’s reading, work on your home practice, and think over questions that may be coming up. We will schedule a call during this week to recap the previous month and plan for what’s to come.
During “on” weeks, one session will be me teaching you, plus whatever curriculum we are currently working on (about 90 minutes). The second session will be you teaching me, feedback from me to you, and time for any questions you have. You will also have access to me via email and text for support as needed throughout our time together. I am here for you!
Is there homework?
Think of it more as home play. Part of this course is designed to help you develop your personal practice. Yes, there will be reading and journaling, as well as your own time spent sequencing and playlisting for your class each week, but we will also explore practices for your own self care.
Do you offer payment plans?
I do offer payment plans, as I know that it can be challenging to pay for a mentorship in full. This can be discussed during our exploratory call.
TESTIMONIALS FROM PAST MENTEES
“When I started the mentorship I felt like I was in no way qualified to teach yoga after my 200 hour. By the time we ended, I felt more confident with a firm foundation of how to be a teacher. I can feel the difference between Steph's classes and other yoga classes that I've gone to. I wanted to be able to create that environment for my future students. Even more than that, I trust her. I trust her with my practice, I trust her guidance, and I trust her judgment. If you trust her with your practice, you should absolutely trust her as a mentor. Signing up for a 1:1 mentorship is so intimidating, especially when it's with someone you admire. The first few weeks, I was terrified to teach Steph. I was fearful and scared of being vulnerable or messing up. Over the months that we had together, she not once made me feel judged or embarrassed when critiquing my work. She celebrated my small and big wins and slowly built up my confidence.”

“Our time together felt like a sacred space. I loved how every session felt like a practice in itself - grounded, flowing, and filled with connection. Stephanie’s ability to weave yoga philosophy, technical guidance, and heartfelt encouragement created a container where I could explore and expand. She held space so beautifully, asked thoughtful questions, and never imposed but guided with clarity and love. Stephanie honored my individuality while gently nudging me toward my fullest potential.”
-Annie B.
“I highly recommend Stephanie’s yoga mentorship. I initially joined to deepen my understanding of yoga philosophy and make it more accessible for both my personal practice and teaching—and Stephanie did an incredible job guiding me through it. Coming from five years of structured teaching at corporate studio, I also wanted to become more intentional with my sequencing, and through our work together, I made significant progress. Stephanie helped me refine my skills, prepare for, and successfully land a teaching job at a well known yoga studio in New York City. On top of that, my own practice grew tremendously—I became more confident with teaching and practicing poses I once found intimidating. I gained so much from this mentorship and would absolutely recommend it to any yoga teacher looking to expand their knowledge, refine their teaching, and elevate their personal practice.”
